Barre Essentials

We integrate the use of the ballet barre, light weights, and various props. Classes include several highly effective sequences of toning and resistance exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms, seat, and thighs that promote strong and sexy results.

Pilates Mat

This is a system of gentle exercise performed lying down that stretches and lengthens the muscles, designed to improve posture and flexibility. Pilates is a form of strength and flexibility training that can be done by someone at any level of fitness.

Yoga

Step onto your mat and experience the power of yoga. Our yoga classes cater to all levels. Immerse yourself in the flow of movement and breath, as the instructor guides you through a practice that nurtures your body, calms your mind, and revitalizes your spirit.

FAQs

  • We recommend you bring water and sticky socks. We do have water available for purchase, as well. We provide mats, weights, balls, and necessary equipment. However, you are welcome to bring your own if you would like.

  • We suggest you wear comfortable, form fitting attire. Most classes require sticky socks. We have these available for purchase.

  • Yes, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, meet our family and tour the studio. We highly recommend that you pre-register online to expedite the process and insure availability.

  • All classes are one hour in length. Duration of classes are displayed on sign up screen.

  • Yes, there are spots out front with additional parking in the back of the building.

  • Because we are a total body workout, we recommend 3 to 5 days per week to see the best results. Any of our classes can be taken up to 7 days per week. We encourage rest days for recovery. For best results mix it up to your liking.

  • No previous experience is necessary. All classes are mixed level and open to all individuals.
